If you own or rent a property in Union Bay and it has a water supply here is some information one might find valuable.
From left to right Main Water Service shut off Valve (Curb Stop) 
and is the property of Union Bay improvement District and then a water meter. Water personal will come by ever couple of months and read the meter.

Water supply piping past this point is the responsibility of the property owner.
