One of my neighbours stated, doubt that is sewer pipe. Maybe storm drain. So, I wonder if the storm water management plan will direct contaminated run of into Baynes Sound without some type of treatment. Some info on this work being done would be great for the residents so we can know what’s going on Maybe CVRD can advise.
So, I went to get some answers and called Alana Mullaly, she explained that she thought the PVC pipe may be drainage for the road work that was being constructed or possibly culvert piping.
